Axel N'ZI is the Director of Supply Chain at SANIA, a subsidiary of the agro-industrial group SIFCA and Ivory Coast palm oil refining industry leader. He is the company's top Supply Chain Leader and is in charge of defining and executing its Supply Chain strategy. His functional accountabilities include Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing and Logistics Management. With more than 12 years extensive Supply Chain Management experience in North America and Africa, Axel has held various leadership positions such as Product Manager, Supply and Demand Planning Manager, Purchasing and Logistics Manager for FMCG companies (automotive tools & equipment, electrical, food). He has also worked in the Pumping / Concreting industry for construction and mining operations. Diane Adou has more than ten years experience in managing multiple supply chain and operations in various industries, including manufacturing, services and philanthropic organizations, in Cote d'Ivoire as well as in the US. Diane is currently the Director of Procurement and Logistics at UNIWAX S.A., a leading textile company in Africa.
Diane is a graduate of ESCAE Business school at the National Polytechnic Institute Felix Houphouet-Boigny (INP-HB), Yamoussoukro, Cote d'Ivoire where she earned a master degree in Logistics and Transportation (ILT). She owns two certificates in Global Business management and in Pproject management from University of California, Berkeley. She is also certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Diane is a member of Business and Professional Women (BPW International), an international organization working for women's empowerment. Diane has also been active in Technology Affinity Group, a professional network which promotes technology to advance the social agenda of philanthropic organizations. Diane is currently the President of SENIOR ILT, the Alumni Association of ILT graduates from INP-HB. She is bilingual in English and French.
Ben Binate is the Supply Chain Manager for Tongon mine, a Randgold resources mine in Ivory Coast. In his current role, he is responsible for all aspects of the Supply Chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing.
Before joining Randgold Resources, Ben held various supply chain positions in the US as Supply Chain Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst. He worked in the food industry, industrial supplies distribution, and hardware retail. He is a lean practitioner and has previously used lean management and other continuous improvement methods to drive efficiencies in Supply Chain.
Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and MBA from Northern Illinois University. He also holds a Master in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
